Gooch Family Dental offers comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry in Birmingham, AL. Our skilled dental team is led by Dr. Burton Gooch, Dr. Mallory Lanford, Dr. Claire Wood, and Dr. Taylor Duncan. Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art dental technology to provide advanced care to every patient who walks through our doors.

About Us and Why We’re Hiring
Gooch Family Dental is a family owned dental practice that has been serving our community with a “different kind of dentistry” since 2007. Through an intentional and unmatched patient experience, our 4 doctors provide a full spectrum of services including implants, clear aligners, cosmetic work and oral conscious sedation. Our Team is central in our efforts towards making a difference in our community. Dr Gooch’s vision is to pour into his team, so they turn around and make an impact in the lives of each patient.
Our office is growing and so is our hygiene team! We recently added to our team of doctors and with that comes the need for additional expertise in our hygiene department. You're the RDH we are looking for if you are comfortable in a patient centric and team oriented environment.
Requirements:
- You have an active and valid Alabama Dental Hygiene License.
- You have an active CPR certification and up to date Infection Control hours.
- You are excited to be in an ever-changing, ever-growing environment.

Who you’d be working with:
Jess and Jenny Are our Hygiene Team Leaders. They are gentle and sweet, but are incredibly driven providers and educators.
Deb is our Office Director and passionate about constantly raising the level of care our hygiene team is able to provide to our patients - through extensive periodontal, hands-on training and patient education training. She is an overall support for you and leader of the office, to carry out the vision Dr Gooch has for our practice!
We also have an incredible team of 11 other hygienists who are all phenomenal!
